Sailing Self Improvement

Hi all, hope you are starting to get back on the water. I have not released any technical articles yet this year. I have spent my time tidying up the website Technical section which I hope you all find a bit easier and clearer to navigate. I have also been preparing an article on 'Self improvement'. Most articles focus on boat tweeking etc, but I have generated an article which I hope you will find interesting that really focuses on the process of SELF IMPROVEMENT.

Whatever your sailing goal is, be it to enjoy yourself more, get out on the windy rough days or to simply improve your performace and get some silver ware i hope you find it useful to help you on your journey.  So finally I have finished and posted it on the techical page under 'Latest tips', happy reading and happy sailing.  All the best, Gavin Young, Class Technical Adviser.
