Southern Supernova Training

Alistair Goodwin, the 2021 AND 2023 Supernova National Champion, will lead a Supernova training day as follows:

9:30am Rigged but not changed for an on-shore tuning session with optimal rig set-up for the conditions and body position for speed on the course.

After lunch (please bring your own pack-up) using that speed off the startline and around the course will be the theme of the day, subject to conditions

There will be a debriefing session ashore, and the training will wrap up around 1700.
