Directions

Chelmarsh SC is on the Welsh side of the Severn Valley. Best access is by taking the B4555.

- If travelling southwards you will see the reservoir on your left. After the Bull Inn in Chelmarsh take first left into the access lane.

- If travelling northwards the right turn into the access lane is at Sutton.

Follow the lane eastwards for about 1 mile past the south end of the lake to the Sailing Club.

SatNavs Beware

If you enter the postcode into a SatNav it is likely to try to take you over a foot bridge at the end and it is a long drive around! Best to enter 'B4555' or 'Sutton'.

Galley

The club intends to offer food and refreshments during the event under a Covid 19 safe protocol.

Welcome

Visiting sailors will be invited to join in club racing on the Friday evening (TBC) and on Sunday.

Camping

Due to Covid 19 restrictions the club is limited to self contained accomodation only, so there are 5 visitor campervan spaces only, allocated on a first booked, first served basis.

Air B&B and other accommodation

Self catering / self contained accomodation is likely to be the only legally allowed alternative.

Bridgenorth is the nearest main town approximately 15 minutes away from Chelmarsh SC.

It is a beautiful Citadel on the River Severn which has many amenities and accomodation options.
