With regret the HSC committee have decided following the latest guidance from the RYA that we cannot accept entries from participants from areas designated as T3 or localised lockdown areas in Wales. Apologies for the short notice but hopefully you will all appreciate guidance is changing frequently. We hope to see as many sailors as possible under these conditions and trust everyone stays safe and well
