...Supernova Sailing Dinghy Race Details

Bolton Sailing Club, Saturday 22nd May 2004, Supernova Open,

Bolton Sailing Club is located at Belmont Village, a few miles north of Bolton (near Manchester).
Belmont reservoir is approximately 3/4 mile long, 620ft above sea level, and surrounded by picturesque countryside.
Consequently, there is rarely a lack of wind.

In fact, the forecast is for blue skies, warm sunshine and nice force 4-5 northerly wind.

We will again be sharing the water with the Lightning Open, with Supernovas starting first.
Let's see if we can beat last year's total of 24 Supernovas !

The entry fee will be £7.
There will be 3 races, starting at 11:30, briefing at 11:00. The second and third races will be after lunch.
Refreshments will be available from the galley for breakfast and lunch.
The bar will be open after sailing.
There will be a two course evening meal at the Sailing Club, starting 18:00, at £10 per head.
Please contact Andy Flitcroft with your name and telephone number ASAP, and before 9 th May if you wish to join us for the meal. Let me know also if a vegetarian option is required.
