Mast Step

If I was to change my mast step from 1120 - 1100mm.
Do I need to adjust my mast settings or is the default still kept at 6050mm?

I'm surprised no-one has responded to this - now 3 weeks old.

Anyway, keep your settings the same (6100 to 5900, say).

Moving the foot 20mm will have relatively little effect on the measurement of the rake (as long as the shrouds stay the same length). The mast rake 'pivots' at the shroud point, which is maybe 2/3 of the way up, so the rake change should only be around 7mm. That's well within a sensible margin of error, i.e. how tight you have the tape measure, exact gudgeon position, rig tension and so on.

Also, have a look at the Top 10 settings on the website - you'll see quite a variety of settings to choose from!

Long story short, you should still be fine with 6050 at about 60-80 lbs tension.
