Why not come along to the first of the 2008 season training sessions organised by the Supernova Class Association?

The trainer is Richard Pakes - 2nd at the Supernova Nationals 2007 and Winter Champion.

This training day is being aimed at those wishing to improve their boat handling skills. The plan will be modified according to wind conditions on the day. Richard will be on the water with you this time demonstrating and offering tips. The aim is to cover tacking, gybing etc in difficult situations to try and encourage your confidence. We will start with a shore session on boat set up for the prevailing conditions, then move for a short on the water session, break for lunch then back on the water for the afternoon. We will be aiming to video the on the water sessions to show over lunch and after sailing.
