Details:

The river is narrow, but don't be put off. You will find simple courses and interesting sailing that will be close across the fleet. If you haven't done a river venue before this is a good one to try.

Location:
On the River Avon near Eckington Village. (Gates open from 9.00am)

Directions:

From the north, leave M5 at junction 7, follow signs to Pershore. In Pershore go down a hill take right turn signed A4104 Upton, Defford and Cheltenham look for signs to Eckington. Approximately 1 mile after Eckington turn right under railway bridge. (approx 25min from Motorway)

From the south, leave M5 at Junction 9 turn right and keep going until your reach a 4 arm traffic light junction. Turn left signed Bredon. Keep going until you reach Bredon village. At the junction in the village turn left then right following signs to Eckington and Pershore. Approximately 3 miles turn left under railway bridge. (approx 15 min from Motorway)

We are opposite the turn to Bredons Norton (the second turn if you come from the south). Look for the seahorse!!
